We generally ship packages via UPS. For orders placed before 2 PM daily, we will provide a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number via email the next working day. Your product will be confirmed for shipment within 24 hours, provided that each product page shows it is in stock.

Delivery time depends on your location. During checkout, based on your location, continue to select the shipping method, and you can view the estimated arrival date. If your order includes pre-order products, we will ship them within the preparation time noted for the pre-order items. To ensure your order ships faster, we recommend placing two separate orders: one for pre-order products and one for in-stock products. If you don’t mind waiting for pre-order items, please proceed to complete the order.
