Return Policy
All products sold on this website are consumables and personal private items. To protect the interests of you and other consumers, except for products with obvious defects, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for toys and products. Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us promptly, and we will serve you warmly. If you have any questions about product quality or usage during use, please directly contact our customer service for assistance.
What should I do if the item has obvious defects?
If you find an item with obvious defects (such as obvious cracks, no response, or failure to vibrate) within 7 days of purchase, please promptly take photos or videos and send them to us. We will verify with the manufacturer. If the product defect is confirmed, we will process a return or exchange. To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must include all original components, parts, and packaging, and the return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items damaged due to the buyer’s personal reasons.

- Process for obvious product defects
- Contact customer service.
- Customer provides photo or video evidence.
- We verify and review with the manufacturer.
- Customer service contacts the customer to confirm whether return or exchange is possible.
- Customer returns the product (with complete parts and packaging).
- We confirm the received returned product.
- We send a new product to you, issue a refund, or provide store credit.
